Our Approach:
Utilizing a holistic approach, our Doctor of Physical Therapy specializes in performance rehabilitation, whereby we bridge the gap between physical therapy and performance. We seek to identify movement patterns at the fundamental level in order to restore function and improve your quality of life. We treat the body as whole rather than treating the symptoms alone. Local dysfunction can impair global movement patterns and ultimately impact higher level activities involved life. Performance Rehab is designed to help you feel better, move better, and live better.

At Swell, we help you recover from pain or functional limitations so you can get back to the life you want to live. Our 1-on-1 treatment model and emphasis on manual therapy and corrective exercise allows us to provide a level of care unmatched by other treatment models in our area. We will empower you to pursue a high-functioning body, resilience, and LONGEVITY in all physical pursuits.

Do you take insurance?
We do not take insurance because we feel that this takes away from the quality and individuality of the care that we can provide. Insurance does not reimburse rehab clinics for the quality of care that they provide and have the power to dictate who gets what sort of therapy. That being said, since we do not take insurance we have priced our services very respectively and are able to include a wide range of manual therapies at no extra cost to you as the patient.
What do your Rehab visits include?
Your visit is highly personalized just for you and is always 1 on 1, there is never any double booking. For this reason, every session looks different for every person but typically lasts 45-60 minutes. Each session is a hybrid of physical therapy, personal training, and bodywork and can include any manual therapy techniques as needed: facial mobilization, dry needling, cupping, taping, etc. We will utilize our state of the art functional gym for postural assessments, exercise prescription, rehab planning, and more.
I don't need physical therapy but want personal training by someone who understands my health conditions, do you provide this?
Yes! See our Personal Training tab - we offer packages of just personal training designed to help you stay committed and save money!
I'm not sure if I need physical therapy, but I have some questions about my physical health. Can you help with this?
Yes! Physical Therapists can act as a sort of "primary care" provider in matters of physical health due to the extensive breadth of education. If you are curious about Rehab but not sure about the in-clinic commitment, we do offer virtual services and you can have all your questions answered from the convenience of your own home!
