Join us on the First Monday of EVERY month at Swell Galveston to kick off your month and your week with intention to live healthy, to take care of our bodies, and to be the best version of ourselves!
How much does it cost? Tickets are $10 for non-members, free for members
Who can come? This event is open to all, even better when you bring friends and family to cheer for you as you take on our cold plunge cooled to the brisk temperature of 47 degrees.
What Is Included? Cold Plunge and community of like-minded wellness junkies.
There will be positive vibes, good music, and a team of people to motivate you to go into the next month with enthusiasm.
